Your reservation can be guaranteed with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, or a personal check in the full amount received within seven days after making the reservation.
Cancellation Policy: If it is necessary to cancel a reservation, there will be no charge only if the reservation is cancelled more than seven days before the scheduled arrival date (14 days for holiday weekends). Credit card will be charged 7 days prior to your arrival for the full amount due, which is non–refundable. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of guests' actual arrival or departure date. A reservation made inside of the 7 day cancellation period will be charged the day the reservation is made and it is non-refundable.

Guests are always upset that they only made a reservation for one night instead of two or three nights. "Why?", Scott and Marie ask and often get one of the following reasons:
- Chef Marie's gourmet breakfast is the best they have ever had.
- They didn't realize that they had easy access from The Plantation to Sequoia National Park, King's Canyon National Park and Mineral King and that each park was a full day's adventure and all so very different from each other.
