full sized, 123 page cookbook which contains 73 much requested recipes
from the Plantation Bed & Breakfast with 153 full color photos.
Gourmet yet user-friendly, simple, easy to follow, well illustrated
directions. No hard-to-find ingredients. Every recipe is accompanied by
a large full color photo of the finished product. Recipe preparation
photos are added where helpful. Other beautiful photos from around the
Plantation are also available for your enjoyment. The graphic design
pulls all the book's elements into one harmonious whole. The original
and never-before-published recipes have delighted over 36,000
Plantation guests from all over the world. Recipes include many
imaginative egg dishes utilizing a wide variety of vegetables (many
grown on site), a wonderful collection of not-too-sweet cakes, tortes,
tarts and custards, muffins and scones. Chef and Author Marie Munger
and Photographer Scott Munger own and operate the Plantation Bed &
Breakfast.
